                    Hey all, if a weekly group weigh-in helps to motivate you, hop on over to our group, although it's aimed at Friday weigh-in, I am creating the weigh-in thread for each week on a Saturday so if another day of the week works better for you, feel free to post up earlier. All are welcome.

            @sarahjohnson25852014 whatever day suits you, I post up the weekly thread on a Saturday and people can choose their day and post it during that week, I prefer a Friday morning that way if I eat out on a weekend and get all bloaty, I get the rest of the week to sort myself out lol
