Hello,
I'm glad to find this website. I just had surgery last friday and I can't work out for 6 weeks. That really sucks. I was going to the gym 3-4 days a week. I have been doing that 6 months and now I'm home bound. This site gives me the tools I need to stay on top of my calorie intake. I can't do much around the house and I don't want to just eat because I'm bored. I have lost a total of 75 pounds over the last 7 years. 30 of those pounds since july of last year. I have 10 more pounds to reach my goal of 125lbs. I know I may gain a few pounds from being non active but I will be ready to get those off as soon as the doc release me. Good luck to everyone.

Just watch your calories, if you can just light weights, not sure what kind of surgery you had but when I had my foot done I still did upper body. Good luck and heal well.

Thank you guys. I had a hysterectomy so I'm very limited in what I can do. But I'm excited about getting back into the swing of things. Sitting on the couch or bed is not me. I will do what the doc says so I can heal properly but it will be hard. I just hope it doesn't feel like I'm starting all over from scratch. I will be on this site a lot I'm sure. Have a wonderful day.
