Weekly Exerice Routine

Just keen to know what weekly exercise routine people are doing these day. Both male and female.
Im doing weights in the morning and cadio (intervals) evening.
Monday- chest
Tuesday- back
Wednesday- shoulders
Thursday- legs (1rm on bench press as a finisher)
Friday- Arms.

    I do kettlebells. Swings several days a week, slowly working in one cycle of one of Mike Donavanik's older kettlebell workouts, walking on the off days. Once I get my form perfected, I'll increase the length of the swings. Once I get more stamina, I'll add more reps of the workout video.

    I also work out twice a day usually. I'm at the gym 6 days a week.
    Monday- strength training/weights(3 circuits of 5, 11 and 11 exercises at 12 reps- afternoon yoga or Pilates
    Tuesday- cardio and yoga, afternoon yoga
    Wednesday- same as Monday with some of the exercises replaced with other types
    Thursday- cardio and yoga, afternoon - yoga
    Friday- 2 circuits of 11 and 11 exercises at 12 reps, yoga/pilates, afternoon- yoga
    Saturday- cardio extreme high/low intervals, yoga
    Sunday- off

    I'm not strict on calorie counting, although I record here anyways. No portion control, just eating the right types of foods. Getting good results!!
