Hey y'all, I have struggled with weight all my life. As a teen I was able to emotional eat and burn it off. At 23 I weighed 275 lbs. So I lost rapidly and started lifting weights, emotions good bad and otherwise I ate topped off at 45 getting back up to 230 lbs. It has been hard to GRT and stay healthy. I cycle, lift weights and walk. Just a few years ago figured emotional eating was going to kill me. I want to get around and spend time with friends and family. I am a good cheerleader for others. Can you help me and I help you on our healthy journey?

Hi there! I'm in Texas, also. I recently reached my all-time high of a little over 200 pounds and I am disgusted and working hard to lose it! The funny thing is, I'm pretty active and I eat a low-carb diet but I have insulin resistance and am a T1 diabetic and the insulin resistance makes losing weight very difficult. Not impossible but harder than it used to be. Also, I have a sedentary job that involves driving a vehicle 6 to 12 hours a day so finding the time for workouts is a real challenge.
Anyway, I'll be happy to be your cheerleader if you're interested! Just let me know.0
