What type of healthy meals to loose weight?

Eat what you like while paying attention to nutrition as well as including the treats that you love to lose weight. Yes, I've lost weight and am continuing to lose weight and eat candy/chocolate regularly alongside nutritious meals. Forget everything you've learned about weight loss. Calories matter, and you'll see proof of that as you spend more time here.
You don't have to eat foods you don't like.
All you need to do is set up your MyFitnessPal diet profile to lose 1lb per week (2lbs per week if you have 75lbs or more to lose) and eat those calories.
Calories are king for weight loss. Weight loss isn't about the foods you eat/don't eat.1 -
Second that, you eat the foods you want to, track them in MFP, and don't eat more than the calories recommended for you.0
