    Sandyloveschampagne: My cutoff time is whenever dinner ends (usually around 7pm). I do the dishes, brush my teeth, and try not to reenter the kitchen. It helps me eat a balanced meal at dinner (sometimes I don't eat enough at dinner because I am trying to feed my little one) if I know I am not going to be eating afterwards. Better for me to have a second helping of whatever I've cooked for dinner than a handful of whatever or a bowl of cereal later on, I think.

    Want you all to know, last nite I was ridiculously HUNGRY (for no good reason). In the past I'd have chomped up the house, feeling like that. But last night I said NO! I did NOT want to break my streak. So I just put my silly hungry butt to bed without eating anything and this morning I woke up feeling proud of myself. Thank you, fellow challengers!
