Just curious as to how many of you have or are currently taking Advocare products and if you have or are, how is it going? How do you feel about it? Is it working? All opinions are welcomed!

    It's an MLM
In my experience it's simply people making money off of other people.

Look at the product, check the ingredients, find a reputable replacement that's less expensive and cut out the middle man.

One thing about supplements is it's not an "instead of".
If you can naturally eat or drink the things you're looking to supplement, do it. It's most likely healthier.

As for the MLM side, F that.
Most of those companies are crap.

Only supplements I'd suggest in my experience are the following:

    A multivitamin
    An omega 3 supplement
    Creatine
    Caffeine

    Hope that helps.

PS: in case you missed it above, MLMs suck.

ANY diet program works because it's based on eating less than you burn. Why pay for it? Eventually you're going to have to figure out how to do it without a program unless you're rich and can afford to keep doing it. And ALL these programs usually have some pretty strong restrictions of what you can and can't eat. The truth is food is just calories. You get to decide how many calories you want to eat and either gain/maintain/lose weight based on consumption.
