birthday goal...

So the past few weeks I have been slacking. Not making it to the gym, journaling, or even watching what I eat. The kids have all taken turns being sick and I have let that excuse keep me home with comfort food instead of dragging my butt to the gym.

My 25th birthday is in 35 days I just wanna lose enough weight (arround 6 pounds) so that when I make it home for my party my friends and family can see a change.
FIgured posting my goals would help hold me accountable.

Goals:
journal everyday
drink 64 ounce of water everyday
exercise 5x a week

    that sounds like you can accomplish that.

    my goal is to weigh close to what I did when I got married 12 years ago!!!
