    Since you're in induction phase (just starting out) I'd strongly advise sticking only to the recipes with asterisks next to them. Also drink *lots* of Powerade zero or find some other way to supplement your electrolytes. Mortons lite salt is a popular option for those not into sports drinks. Top that off with CLA (this will spur appetite... something surprisingly hard to do on a high fat diet) and MCT Oil (I like the Sports Research version; though plenty of people complain that it's got too much lauric acid it seems a bit easier on the stomach and also works for oil pulling, keeping your teeth in good shape).     You can search for Keto groups on FB, they have lots of meal ideas and experience to share. You can also Google "Keto meal plan" and should find some inspiration there.

    For the minerals, I use celtic salt and pink himalayan salt. They both have over 80 minerals, unlike table salt that has been highly processed and is dangerous.

    I melt some celtic salt under my tongue then down a glass of water. This can be done a few times a day. I use pink salt on my food now instead of table salt.
