Monday Motivation

I came across a blog post the other day, and found this to be particularly motivating:
"She has gone from not being able to hold up her own body weight to being able to do a full, from the toes, push-up. Her studio walks have turned into studio sprints, her slow and steady elliptical intervals have turned into a full-fledged walk, run program. Step-ups have turned into box jumps, planks from her knees have turned into mountain climbers, 5lb dumbbells have turned into 12, side steps have turned into basketball shuffles and standing marches have turn into some seriously *kitten*-kicking burpees."
What's motivating you today? Do you have any fitness websites that you read regularly?

Hi, I don't seem to stick to my plan that well over the weekends, so Monday morning when I weight, I usually start pretty motivated! It just sort of slips away the rest of the week. Trying to not let that happen...

I am right there with you! I keep reminding myself I don't want to ruin everything I worked so hard at during the week. Sometimes that helps.1
