Good evening everyone. I am just getting started with my weight loss adventure. Just started a crossfit class and beginning to watch what I eat. Wish me luck

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. This one is a little heavier but if you take the time to digest it there is alot of very valuable information there. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.

Good luck. I've been crossfitting for about 2 years and hit my weight loss goals using MFP. I still track what I eat just to keep myself honest. My wife has been doing CrossFit about a year, and she's finally gotten board with MFP to track what she eats and is on her weight loss journey.
