Good morning all!! A quote for daily reading. =0)

Goooood morning/evening to all of my beautiful and amazing friends on here!! =0) I do hope this finds you at your best mentally, physically and emotionally. Today is a new day or the end of what I do hope was a great one. Take the time if your day is ending to look back through the day and reflect on if you are happy with all of the decision you made and maybe look to change one tomorrow if needed. If your day is just starting stop before you make a decision and see if it fits into your daily plan. Whether it is on your meal plan or a daily goal you have, Lets make some awesome choices today, or tomorrow and change our lives for the better. As the story below says "Begin Again" we do this everyday. We begin with a bright new day of adventures and choices. I always like to say to the saying " These are the cards I was dealt" HOSH POSH! You can always ask for a redeal, or go out and get a new deck. Do something today that will bring upon the change you want to see in your life.

Begin Again

One of the best things we can do in our lives is this:
Begin again.

Begin to see yourself as you were
When you were the happiest and strongest you've ever been.

Begin to remember what worked for you
(and what worked against you),
And try to capture the magic again.

Begin to remember how natural it was when you were a child --
To live a lifetime each day.

Begin to forget the baggage you have carried with you
For years:
The problems that don't matter anymore,
The tears that cried themselves away,
And the worries that are going to wash away
On the shore of tomorrow's new beginnings.

Tomorrow tells us it will be here every new day of our lives;
And if we will be wise,
We will turn away from the problems of the past
And give the future -- and ourselves -- a chance
To become the best of friends.
Sometimes all it takes is a wish in the heart to let yourself ..
