We still have two weeks left to make this happen....so get off your tushies and get moving!!! :laugh:
The sun is shining, it's a great day, and we are all blessed with family, friends, and the ability to be healthy!!! :flowerforyou:
Yesterday was good, stayed within my cals, drank my h2o, and did an hour of weights/abs. Today, I have most of my food already logged and will go to my strength class later this afternoon.
Looking forward to hearing from each of you...let's all have a fabulous Friday and a wonderful weekend!!! :drinker:

You beat me - I was just starting a post! Once again - I am too slow.

I had a pity party last night - just feeling frustrated that my loss has slowed down so much. I have had issues for the past month with BM - typically when I was losing I'd go at least twice a day right now I am lucky if I go every other day. I've been exercising more than I ever have, eating from 1200 - 1300 calories a day adding in for exercise, been over my goal on fiber usually around 25g a day, I do get up to around 80g of protein a day which is over my goals set here and I am drinking at least 64 oz of water.
The first 4 months on here I lost 40 pounds well in this past month I've only lost about 4 - as I type this I am realizing - that's still over a pound a week - and I am not going in the other direction....so I guess I am feeling better! Also - I would imagine I am increasing my muscle as well - I've been exercising about 5 days a week-but only 30 day Shred or BL Cardio and some extra pushups, situps
Anyway - thanks for letting me babble-I am proud of myself for what I've accomplished and being down 5 pant sizes really helps with that! I just ordered some stuff from Old Navy - they have 50% off their clearance stuff so I got 2 pairs of pants and 5 long sleeve tshirts for $40 including shipping! check it out if you are in need of some cheap skinnier clothes! Chrissy U R kicking butt U should not B dicouraged in the least. Try some more water it might help w/ the problem. I too am having that problem. BTW the scale is still sitting in the snow.

I'm glad in sharing with us that your turned your mood around... You have overcome so much and have a ton to be thankful for...you know that! :flowerforyou: You are still losing, and I'm sure you are gaining muscle...woohoo!!!
New clothes...:drinker: that is always a great incentive/reminder of how far you have come...:drinker: Hey, Aero has a deal right now where with each pair of jeans you donate (doesn't have to be their brand, men's, women's kid's) you can get 25% off any new pair. They are donating all the given ones to local charities. Cool idea, and some of their jeans aren't too expensive to begin with. Check it out...

Good morning!
I had a good day yesterday...drank all of my water (and then some). I did 40 min of TJ Cardio Party and then TJ 20 min workout in the afternoon. Once the kiddos were in bed I did TJ 40 min Turbo Sculpt and TJ 20 min Ab Jam. I had about 250 calories left, but I was full!
I'm bracing myself for this weekend...taking the kiddos away for the weekend (indoor water park). I'm planning on packing some "good" snacks and such. I'm thinking we may make some healthy wraps to take w/ us (and put in fridge) for lunch. We are going to get dinner out so fingers crossed I make good choices. I'm definitely looking forward to getting away and having some fun . BTW...I LOVE the swimsuit cover up I got. Really cute

Thanks...I'm sure we will!!! The last time we were there my now middle son was about 2 months old (he is 3 now). They have an awesome indoor play area for the kiddos too (OK...DH and I have at the play area too ). Have fun bathing suit shopping!!!0 -

I am at 139.7 this week. I haven't seen 130's in awhile. I have slowed down, but I mostly because school has started up again, between that, work and my daughter's classes I haven't had as much time for excercise. Thank god for the gym at my work!!!!0

Hi all!!
I don't have time to go back and read......sorry :flowerforyou: I had a 4 hour class today mandated for all office employees:grumble: So now it's time to play catchup here at work for the rest of the day :explode:
I weighed in and I worked my butt off for 1/2 of a lb
It's something but this site doesn't show half pounds so I can't even brag about it :sad: :sad: :sad: Oh well.....half is better than none or a gain I suppose. Sooooooooo........4.5 lbs til I reach my goal
BUT they are stubborn
I may not make it in 2 weeks but even if I can lose another 1.5 or 2 lbs.....I'll be happy. That means I will DEFINATELY reach my goal before April. (I have to do my final dress fitting then).:drinker: :bigsmile:
I think I'm gonna need to add another 5-10 lbs to my goal eventually, but it'll have to be after the wedding. Cuz after April fitting, I have to maintain until the wedding. :grumble:
Also my body fat% has gone down from 36% when I started this toooooooooo.........

I had 100 calories left yesterday, did 52 minute TaeBo, walked 1 mile with dumbbells, 10 mins BL Sculpt, and 275 crunches. :drinker: And drank my water :drinker:
Tonight I'm doing my 55 minute workout, 20 minutes BL Sculpt, 275 crunches, and walking 2 miles with my dumbbells. I still have 1261 calories for today (that includes my workout calories). But, fiance wants to go to Quaker Steak & Lube to try out their food. I'll be doing some nutrition research here soon to see what I can eat. And hopefully I'll have enough calories for a few beers too :bigsmile: :drinker: I'm thinking 1261 calories should cover it. :laugh:

kellch - way to work hard...I am not sure how you fit in so much exercise or how you can do all that at once...guess I'll keep building up my endurance.
I've eaten at the Lube place - how cute is it - can't remember what I had but I do remember liking it.
Earlier - Before suggested I drink more than the norm 64 oz of water everyday to help regulate my bowels- about twice a week I get up to around 80ish - well I decided today is the day to increase the water...my almost 17 year old daughter came home from school today - she always laughs at me for 'chugging' my water - so I took a couple sips and she was egging me on to chug it - so I challenged her - I drank my 32 oz bottle of smart water in one drink, I made her stop about 3/4 of the way thru cause I was feeling sick - but we got a big dose of water in us. We love to win!!
So 64 oz so far...hope to be at 96 by end of night. I didn't start drinking water til after noon so I had a slow start and I'm sloshing right now!!:laugh:0
