Beginner Weights Help Needed

Hi everyone.. I'm currently on my 2nd week following a weight program I found on pinterest. It's a total body weights circuit. I follow it Monday Wednesday and Friday.. my question is would doing the same program those days cause more injuries and less results then following a standard chest day leg day routine? Thanks for yalls help =)

    Options
    Full body 3x a week with days in between is a good way to train - it's how some established weight training programs such as Stronglifts 5x5 are set up. It allows for adequate recovery.

    I don't know what you do in the circuit but as long as you're using progressive overload and using compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench and overhead press, it should be okay.
