Time to get serious

Ok im back again this time im more determined then ever to do this. Recently I was diagnose with pre diabetes. Well i was doing good watching my carbs well now not so much.
I was 212 lbs in September of 2014 when i started this battle. I keep bouncing from 200 to 198 . my goal is 190 to start out then will go from there. This app is what motivated me to lose what i did before. I recently lost my dog who helped me stay motivated to walk . so now im struggling to stay motivated to excercise daily. Please help me reach my goals.
I also have goal to get out of the pre diabetes range. My A1c was 5.8 this time i go back in may to retest so hope its lower. Please help me . i will motivate back and support back.

I hear you I am more determined than ever. I also pre diabetes and thought I need to change everything. I stopped smoking in January, started taking lessons to learn how to play the drums and have thrown myself into exercising. Unlike you I have quite a bit more to lose. Started at307 but down to 296. Just keep up the good work it is really hard but I've decided that more than half my life I did for others now I'm doing for myself0

I agree there 100%. I do for my kids and husband and now its time to do for myself.1
