Hi Guys

I've lost a stone in weight since Christmas but my weight loss has now reached a plateau and it's been the same for over 3 weeks. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips to help kick start my weight loss again. I was eating 1200 calories per day (plus exercise calories). I've dropped my intake down to 1000 per day (plus exercise calories) to see if that will help but I'm not sure this is a healthy way to do it? I exercise every day. I walk for at least an hour and do at least 30 mins of cardio/weight training daily.

I'm 5'7" and I currently weigh 11 stone 1lb. My goal weight is 10 stone.

Any advice would be much appreciated xx

Do you eat all your exercise calories ?
How do you know what they are ? What do you use to work the out ?

I do try to eat all my exercise calories. I use this app to work out approximately how many calories I've burnt and I try to incorporate them into my food diet for that day x

This app over estimates calorie burn a lot don't eat more than 1/2 your exercise calories
Weigh all foods measure all drinks and liquids
Log every single thing you eat and drink everything
Set cals to sedentary only eat 1/2 exercise calories back try this for 3 weeks see if it works

This, and do not drop below 1200 net calories.
