Cardboard? Just kidding, you might want to look outside of cereal of meet those requirements. What you will find will be super processed. Good luck!0

Today I had my 'Nature's Path Organic Optimum - Banana Almond Cereal". One serving has:
calories: 190
fiber: 5g
> high fiber
protein: 10g
> high protein
omega-3: 0.6g (daily recommendation is 1.3g)
And it taste great.
I have bought other Nature's path's Optimum cereal, worth every penny.0 -
Thanks for the ideas guys:)0

I'm a little confused with the notion of low-carb cereal. Cereal by definition is grain, and grains are primarily carbs. If you're on some sort of low-carb diet, then you might be better off avoiding breakfast cereals altogether?0

Agree on the carb comments. I don't even look at the carb when I get cereal. What's the point. BTW, choose whole grain. It's all about reading ingredients...0 -

I eat Kashi Go Lean. You can't really get high fiber and low carb because fiber is a carb, but you need carbs for energy. If you want to enjoy a good cereal for breakfast then I'd recommend cutting your carbs from the rest of your meals to make up for the higher amount of carbs your going to get from the cereal.0

There are some flax-type cereals that are high in fiber, which lowers the carb count. Try netrition.com, they have plenty of stuff. Just be sure to use a LC milk. Unsweetened almond milk is 2g net carbs0

Ceral is usually higer in carbs.. So the portion is going to be small + you'll want milk which has carbs as well.
Other good choices:
Eggs, bacon
Eggs, veggies, spices
.. Use egg whites for less calories / more volume
Egg, egg whites, and a piece of toast0 -
Both of my go-to cereals have already been mentioned but their stats are so great, they are worth mentioning again! Kashi GoLean (original, not the crunch ones or any other ones) and Fiber One 80 calorie honey squares. Both pack a great nutritional punch, esp the Kashi one!0

Uncle Sam.
It's delicious and healthy. Very few ingredients. I usually get it at Trader Joe's.
Here's the product's website:

Quinoa flakes! Yummo! Make them like porridge and add honey, berries, nuts, seeds. High in protein, fills you up to lunch at least and its a super food0

ive heard Kashi is good, but cereal is one of my addictions! one serving for cereal sucks for me...i perfer a huge bowl, but since i have found this site/iPhone app my attitude has changed...i now eat oatmeal every morning...fills me up and its better for me. i do however will save some calories for a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats in the evening here and there.0

Another vote for Kashi Go Lean. I found it to be suprisingly tasty. Rather than using milk, I enjoy my bowl with Light Vanilla Soy Milk. Delicious.0
