I think it's usually less than that when I'm losing but I honestly don't pay any attention. I just make sure to hit my protein goal and everything else can do what it does.

If you're trying to be keto you have to keep your carbs below 50, but if you're just trying to get 50% of your calories from carbs you go backwards from your calories goal. Let's say 2000 is your calorie goal, and you want 1000 of them to be from carbs because that's 50%. Then carbs are 4 calories per gram so you need 250 grams of carbs.

I eat 50-55% of my calories from carbs.

No idea. I don't keep track of my carbs.

Right now, between 300-400 grams or roughly 70-80%. When it's not lent, between 150-300 grams or roughly 40-60%. No particular pre-set percentage for me, I just let it fall where it falls.

About ~250g on my current maintenance-10% period. Once I get back to bulking, it can he upward of 450g/day.

I'm aiming for below 150, but I'm pre diabetic and have reason to. If you don't like the setting, change it. Easiest way to do this is change your activity level, then change it back to what it was, that will reset it to default

Anywhere from 130-360, depending on my eating schedule (low carb vs high carb days) but protein is always set around 1g/lb.

Mine is around 45% which is somewhere near the 150 gm mark but as I don't really worry about being over or under my carb marcos this number will vary 30 gms either side on any given day.

Under 100 to 150 g is considered low carb.

I eat between 20-30g per day.

I don't track carbs but I eat a lot. I eat a high fiber diet and that means lots of carbs.

I keep my carbs fairly low between 50g to 130g per day. Unless I have a super heavy lifting session coming up or unless I have a super intense Muay Thai test, training or fight coming up then I overload on the carbs... and it makes me feel awesome!

My carb goal is set at 50%. I often eat less.
I look at calories and protein and don't worry about carbs.

Carb loaded workouts are pretty darn awesome.

They vary. I don't pay much attention. They're usually 175-200 or more, I think. I pay attention more to protein and fiber since they're filling for me.

Just entering a reasonably typical day into my diary (I typically don't track), right around 200 g.

    I don't much care.

I set my MFP percentages to get about 0.8-1g protein (minimum) per pound of healthy goal weight, 0.40-0.45g fat (ditto), and make sure I get those . . . then let the carbs fall where they may. It's fine (IMO) to overshoot my protein or fat goals as long as I stay within calorie goal. Carbs are nice, but some amount of protein and fats are essential. Report page looks like carbs usually end up somewhere between 150g and 225g, which is 1.25-1.9g per pound of goal weight.

35% Protein and Carbs and 30% Fat. But I don't always meet those %; sometimes I am above or below in some or all of them.

20g net carbs for me, or 5% for my carb macro. I'm doing low-carb right now for the health benefits and it fits well with my lifestyle.
