So today I got a letter from my Primary doctor about some lab results, she told me my Vitamin D/ Calcium levels were low and that I should take a supplement, and then also my Potassium levels were low. These tests were all prior to my changing of eating habits, etc... She wants to see me back in about 4 weeks for new labs. Here is my question, if I take a Women's One a day, will that be enough? I did buy Caltrate and Potassium Gluconate, each say to take two a day so I figure if I take One, One a day and One of each of the supplements I should be alright?
Any help would be appreciated, please and thank you ahead of time!

look at the % on the back of the bottle, if it says 100% then you shouls be good.0

When my dr calls with lab results, he also tells me what to take, how much, and when.0

Low potassium can be raised with food. Tomatoes and bananas are high in potassium and your body will absorb them easier.0

            kakes80,
I was recently found to have low vit D levels as well. My doc told me that the US RDA is not enough for many people and that I should supplement my multivitamin with 2000IU per day and come back in 3 months to have my levels checked.
 Hope this helps.0

I bet you will end up on a higher D supplement. Many of the higher value multis have more D in them that the RDA. I take one from GNC with 1600 IU of D. I believe the Upper Limit is 4000 and RDA is 600 (I think).0
