Now that I am eating healthy an counting calories I'm find it hard to reach 1900 calories a day which is what mfp says I need. I feel that I'm getting fuller with less healthy food than non healthy food. Hints advice would be great thx.

There. You'll have no problems hitting calories now. If you do, I recommend beer. I always have enough calories on days I have a beer.3 -
It's really easy to get way beyond 1900 calories. The simplest way to know that you have consumed more than 1900 calories in a day is to purchase and always use a digital food scale. You may need to get 2, one for home and one for work. They are that cheap.
It is so very human to forget to remember the food we ate, that you must not believe that you do remember what you ate unless you keep some form of documentary proof as you are preparing to eat it.
Examine yourself. If you are measuring and recording accurately all your food, and if you are using accurate database entries and accurately reporting exercise and still having difficulty eating as much as 1900 calories in a day, you can add some peanut butter or any variety of high-calorie density healthy foods to your eating plan.0 -

This list may help - provided you are weighing accurately and using the correct database entries as mentioned above.0 -

Peanut butter
The answer to this question is always peanut butter! Unless you're allergic of course. Aocados, olive oil, butter, cheese, full fat dairy are all good options.0 -
When I started counting I quit mindless boredom eating and it seemed I too was full on much less food. After a few weeks it evened out and I was able to eat at my calorie goal no problem. This may happen to you also.
If not - Maybe go to full fat salad dressing, peanut better, olive oils things of that nature that are higher calories but low volume.0 -
I went through the same phase as well, started eating high-quality foods and they filled me up so fast I was overwhelmed lol!! I just ate what I could and stopped when I was feeling full, if you're full then you're full! If I felt hungry again a little later in the day then I would just finish whatever I had leftover from earlier. Eventually your body starts to adjust and it gets easier. As others suggested, maybe adding some good quality higher calorie items (avocado, peanut butter, cheese, etc.) might help you hit your calorie goal without eating more. I'm not sure if you're working out or can workout at the moment, but burning calories helps make me hungry. You got this!!0
