Hey! My name is Brittany, I am 22 years old and from Canada. A year ago, I was at 149 and was at my lowest weight. Now, I have anxiety and depression and allowed it to consume me. I am at my highest weight of 195. I am choosing to not to allow anxiety and depression consume me anymore and I am choosing to make myself strong (fake it till you make it, right?). It's not going to be easy, but I need to do it.

Anywho, with that being said I am looking for a group of people for online support where we can support each other. I am losing one of my biggest supporters in 2 weeks for 3 months (my boyfriend) however, I just made a group of friends who I worked out with last night, hopefully that continues on. I am currently recovering from having pnemonia and bronchitis for four weeks so I am hoping to start jogging on a treadmill (got to start somewhere) this monday, but we will see... my lungs have been flaring up a lot lately.

Goals for June 19:
Deadlift/ 245
Squats/ 205
Bench/ TBD as I have to find out where I am at after being sick
Running/ run 10k and/or 60 mins without stopping
Improve my core/ I have like 0 core
Do 1 pull up
Start yoga
Join a pole dancing class
Gain confidence and overcome anxiety to go to gym by myself

Hi Brittany, I also lost quite a bit of weight and have put it back on, so I restarted MFP 2 weeks ago. If you would like to friend me please feel free to do so.
