Doing keto without a gallbladder

I started keto about 10 weeks ago. I am doing great, am down 22 lbs, but still struggling with blood glucose numbers and which and how much sweetner to use. Help!!!

    I don't have a problem...but I literally have zero side effects after having my gallbladder removed. Lots are left with food issues, etc. Immediately after re-cooperating I could eat anything I wanted no problems even high fat. I suppose if your someone who can't handle high fats since having their gall bladder out then ketosis would be hard and probably not a good idea.

    But if you feel great with no symptoms then there's no need to be concerned. :)

    Thanks Pale_Green. I use digestive enzymes to help with the fat digestion, that seems to calm my stomach. Its the blood glucose I'm working on now

    I have no gallbladder and keto is no problem for me; I eat less than 20g net carbs per day.
