Hi, I joined my fitness-pal 19 days ago I lost 6 lbs so far. I don't know if that's to fast or slow anyway my goal is lose 60 lbs and I'll be at my goal weight..

    It's always faster at the beginning, water weight shedding and other things going on. Just go with the flow. Keep trucking on and listen to your body. Good luck!

    I agree with RunHard, it is faster in the beginning. Make sure you set realistic goals for yourself & keep at it!! It's the last few pounds that I have had the hardest loosing....ARG:)
