Looking for a good calorie or nutrition guideline for it. Looking to do cycling 4 to 5 times a week.

It's no different than most other scenarios -

Set a reasonable goal for your calorie intake.
Keep your diet as balanced as possible.
Get sufficient carbs, protein and fats based on your goals and preferences.
    Rinse and repeat.

What jjpptt2 said. Take into account the calorie burn on the bike. More importantly, get a couple of pairs of bike shorts with a good chamois. Your taint will thank you.

The recommended diet will always depend on what you want to achieve.
    A good "allround"-macro-spread for cardio-sports is 40/40/20 (Carbs/Protein/Fat).

This distribution will have to be adapted depending on your goals and/or physics.
If in doubt please ask your physician. He/she probably knows more about you than any of us and isn't depending on guesswork.

I'm sorry to not answer your question, but I'm wondering how you like your Peloton? I'm hearing great things about it and I'm considering purchasing one. Do you recommend? How are the online classes? How long have you had yours?

    Thank you in advance. :)
