Rookie needing a village of support

I've just started this journey this week and realized that there was so much idk about changing my WOE than just a shopping list. Would like support and advice about the basics to get started....

    I started a week ago today. The food and exercise diary is key. Also google the video that brought me here: "YouTube vlog27 how I lost 50 pounds". Just with the diary and sticking to it and a little bit of walking (can't work out yet due to a little car wreck earlier last week), I lost 11 pounds my first week. That alone tells you how out of whack my eating was.

    B) yes I would welcome support and chats - just needing to find time to make these walks happen as I don't have a gym member ship but I do have a stationary bike in my home, maybe I should use it!!! :D

    I've been through this rodeo so many times, and I still need a village. Doing well so far this time, but every time I leave "the village" I fall off track again. Their success along with my own keeps me motivated.
