New plan I hope its not as crazy!

I am looking for advise! Not that I am going to do this but i want to lose 25 lbs by Feb 14th that’s 207 days by birthday and shopping trip with mom!
To do that I am wondering if eating1490 calories (what I am supposed to eat to lose 1 lbs per week!) and burning 200+ calories a day and eating calories from exercise from exercise.
my docter has said that i should cut back a little and start exercising more. but other than that im lost!!! so i need help from you guys to see if this is healthy for a girl 5'9"!
Any advice is great thank you ALL

In the past 200 days I've lost 18 pounds but had a few slip-ups. I think it sounds like you've got a good plan. Do you have a HRM so you know exactly what you burn during exercise? if not there are some relatively inexpensive ones that are reliable.
Be sure to measure your food so you can be exact when you input you food each day. Avoid processed food, as much as possible. Stick to the outer grocery store isles.
Weigh-in AND measure once a week at the same time. I like to do it in the morning after I wake up, before I eat anything and in my birthday suit!

I think it is doable. much much better than the former plan! This isn't a race, honey! When I was your age.... it took me 3 YEARS to lose the weight!0 -
