Start by sticking with the daily calorie goal MFP gave you to achieve your target. Have a good look at what you are eating, and root out unhealthy habits. Try and do at least some exercise each day. Be cautious of self-proclaimed 'experts' with thousands of posts on the forums, who spend more time waffling here than working on their fitness/weight. That's a start, and look for like minded friends...
Good luck, David2 -
Logging food will get you to realize what you are eating and how it affects your weight. Exercise and log it also but understand the calorie burn may be on the high side, so don't eat all those back. Freind me if you like1

Try and remeber to log everything even the tiniest things lets you see aswell your intake of sugar, fat ect ... once you get into way of it younjust automatically do it. Link a fitbit with it if you have one earn extra calories ☺ good luck1

I record my meals before I eat that way I can adjust if need to be, I never eat the calories I burn.0
