1700 calories iifym

I'm doing a mini cut and wanted to know if anyone who does iifym around 1700 caps wanted to let me follow them. Thanks!

    I'm doing a cut of 1600 this includes all exercise calories I have about 2.5 stone to lose

    You might want to post this Q in the Bodybuilding subforum, I bet they all would know iifym (I didn't, lol)

    There is no bodybuilding subforum and IIFYM is a really common saying and belief on all these boards...it's basically just the theory that you can eat whatever you want as long as you hit your macros. Beyond that there is no extra credit for eating only vegetables and chicken breast. Enjoy life, have some ice cream. Get your protein in first!

    We kind of take it to the next level and say "no foods are off limits, eat however you like, stay in your calories, profit." It's a simple idea with lots of permutations.
