Just wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone. I've been coming around a bit and have been trying to track my calories although I find that difficult as I usually go over my calorie count which makes me feel like a failure. I find I fudge my intake just a smidge sometimes so that I feel better at the end of the day.
I've been walking/jogging every morning and working through JM 30 DS for the last few weeks. I am on day 8 so far.
Today is a rough day for me. I didn't get my morning walk in as it was raining this morning and I'm not feeling well. I am trying to convince myself to do 30DS even though I am feeling terrible and all I want to do is eat junk right now.
I've been digging through the message board for the last hour trying to find just the right motivation from all posts but I think I am going to just take it easy tonight and try not to over indulge and maybe tomorrow will be an easier, more productive day for me.

We all have our bad days
The important thing is to not lose sight of your goal! I have little hand-made signs pasted randomly around my apartment that say encouraging things like "YOU CAN DO IT!" or motivating quotes. They help me A LOT when I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders! Sometimes it's the little things
Even if today is rough, tomorrow is a new day... chin up, buttercup! :flowerforyou:

if you really feel that yucky working out will only make you worse. If it's more a mental yuck then get your butt in gear! If you are trying to not eat...I suggest going on itunes and listening to a jillian michael's pod cast...she's quite motivating. I listen when I do a long run.0
