Food Prep Ideas

I am fairly new at this looking for some advice on menu ideas for food prepping. I do like a variety in foods and microwaveables aren't really the avenue I want to take even though it's easy.

If you haven't already, check out Pinterest for ideas. I personally like the "healthy meal prep for the week" search. Gives you a lot of good ideas and you can mix and match so you aren't eating the same stuff at every meal. Good luck and hope that helps!2

I like soups for lunches. I freeze in single servings (and yes, microwave, but it's so much yummier than the pre-packaged stuff).
These are the ones I've made lately:

I usually have 2-3 kinds frozen so I don't have to eat the same flavour every day.3 -

I get a lot of ideas from YouTube. The Domestic Geek is my favorite. Lots of meal prep videos. The Fit Couple Cooks and Mind Over Much are two more great meal prep channels.0
