Hi everyone I have a question I came upon a commenter that mentioned a free YouTube video POPSUGAR i searched and found a 10 minute abs and core workout video which I just did LOL and I can't figure out how to log it because there's no exercise option when I searched. how many calories does something like this burn any info would be helpful thanks.

You can log it under cardio as strength training/weight lifting. It isn't much of a calorie burn though.

10 minutes of core work? Even if it was INTENSE, I'll give you 20 calories burned.

do it anyway though. if it's helping your muscles and making you stronger it's worth it regardless of burn.
