New but not new

I have just returned to MFP after several years of trying other methods of weight loss. I have not been successful. So, I am back to counting calories and logging exercise and already I am down 7#! I started to think about what things I was doing when I was able to lose weight and one of the big things was logging food intake and exercise. So, I am back and hopefully, this will help me towards my goals!

    vbrinks, we're in the same boat. I kept hoping "whatever" would work, but it doesn't. trying to keep it real, after a recent diabetes diagnosis. best of luck!
