Hi All!
I'm Elly, and despite not yet having a photo I am indeed a human.
I'm 25 and have taken the first steps on this journey many times but I've decided enough is enough, no more sitting around watching Biggest Loser thinking how good they all look time to think that about myself.
I'm living in the UK and love to travel, my ultimate goal is to run a half marathon that is hosted in my town every year, I have about 6st to lose to reach my ultimate goal, but looking at smaller ones to start me off.
Tell me about yourselves, what are your goals and what methods will you be doing to reach them?
I'm gonna focus on nutrition and introduce more walking, I already walk most days, but looking to increase the duration and the intensity of these rambles. Eventually adding a bit of running (gulp).

My name is Allison. I have a had a few false starts on here but I am back and trying again. I just want to be healthier; I want to be more mindful of what I am eating and I want to start exercising and eventually run a half marathon with my mom.

I'm Vicky, I feel like I'm constantly dieting but never really stick to it.
It's time to be committed, I'm turning 40 soon and really want to feel good about myself. I'm going to start walking, most days if possible, around working life and keep a closer eye on my nutrition. Think this site and a few friends along the way may give me the boost I need0
