Hi everyone! I'm a late 20-something with at least 40 pounds to lose. A few years ago, I was slim and loved the way I looked and felt. Clothes looked great, and my body felt so much less sluggish and slowed down. Then, two rounds of antidepressants happened, adding over 40 pounds to my weight. These days, I absolutely hate looking in the mirror. The meds made me gain weight so fast that I kept having to buy new clothes every month or two. I now only have a couple pairs of (ugly) pants that fit.

At this point, I'm saying enough is enough. I'm off the meds (which didn't work anyway), I have a gym membership, and I'm counting calories. So far, I've lost a pound. It's a start, right? This is the first time I've seen the scale tip below 190 in months, so I'm very excited to have found this tracking tool and to be back in some semblance of control.

I look forward to meeting all of you.

@dinahelmy9 - I'm sorry to hear that! Medication-induced weight gain is really frustrating.
