Hey all~

My name is Erick and I'm a Californian at the age of 29 years old. I've been obese my entire life and I'm trying now to finallllly take control of my weight and shed those pounds. I've started tracking calories and doing cardio/strength training. I'm looking for a support group for help with these goals!

If you're serious about trying to lose that weight and are looking for more friends, let me know :D I'd love to meet some friends and have a bit of a support group. Thanks!

    Eric you and anyone else can add me as well, I am 49 almost 50 and trying to lose 165 lbs, so I too can use all the help I can get, I have been seriously doing this for almost a month and have lost 11 lbs, so i can use support as well. Good luck!!
