Stay focused, don't give in to bad food...yet.

Pizza was ordered last night, resisted the temptation and ate healthy!! On this journey, I must start strong. In time I can incorporate an slice of pizza here and there.

Including pizza in your diet does not make your diet unhealthy....

Personally, I would start how I intend to continue - by including things I like, in moderation, making them fit my day/week. From experience, restricting things can lead to negative food associations, and a terrible relationship with food.

"starting strong" could mean eating a couple of slices rather than a whole pizza

Thank you for your comment and I understand where you are coming from, however, for me (and I know me) it is absolutely imperative for me to flat out cross things like pizza off of my menu. It works for me and it's all about finding out what our individual bodies can and cannot handle and/or process. I applaud you for being able to incorporate it into your plan.

I learned how to make my own authentic neapolitan-style pizza on this journey. 140 grams of dough and a few ounces of cheese, meat, sauce and veg for 500 calories makes a meal for me quite often.
