Chocolate craving. What do I do?
I had some Hershey's kisses, but I am craving more. A lot more!

    Gum helps, so does flavored tea.
    Personally I save room for chocolate each day, I've had a 200 cal. budget but am trying to cut it back

    Crap. Reading the subject line, my first thought was "you fly, I'll buy!"

    I do well when I only buy one serving of what I'm craving. Like buy a regular-sized hershey bar instead of a bag of kisses. That way I get what I want and can't justify going back for more.

    Life is too short for cheap chocolate. Buy something good for yourself and keep it on hand.

    I have been budgeting 180 calories or so to have cocoa before bed the past couple of weeks. That's for one cup--on days I'm pushing calories I can cut back to half a cup, on days where I have some room I'll do a cup and a half. So, I have a nice consistent chocolate intake as part of my *plan*.

    It's 'medicinal'. I've been having trouble sleeping and the tryptophan released from the fat globules in whole milk when it is warmed are a precursor to melatonin, so warm milk helps most people sleep. (Getting it into the water phase of the milk makes it more bioavailable).

    I plan for a few treats in my day so that if I want chocolate, I can have some. That said, I usually only really crave chocolate when I haven't taken my magnesium like I should have.
