SW: 212.8 lbs
CW: ????
Before you say anything, this is what happened:
I have gone over my goal one day. The rest of the days, I've either reached my goal EXACTLY or I've been pretty low (like less than 1300). I walked on 2.26.17 for 30 minutes but I haven't done any other exercises. I haven't been having breakfast and my eating has been off schedule. My water goals have been the same but some days I drank a can of ginger ale (I didn't count it toward my water goal).
Out of boredom, I decided to weigh myself on Friday, before consuming anything of course. It said 210 lbs.
Today, I weigh myself...it said 215 lbs.
I...DID not gain 5 lbs in three days. I DID NOT. right???
This scale is probably broken because my mom got weighed at her doctor's appointment and decided to weigh herself when she got home: it said that she was about 5 lbs extra since she came home.
So until I get a working scale, my weight is unknown. My guess is I'm 210 because I do feel skinnier and based on what the scale said on Friday.
SW 3.5.17: ??? (probably 210)
GW 3.12.17: 208 lbs
Bye bye!!

That isn't true. I've lost almost 53 lbs and I almost always skip breakfast.
OP, weight loss isn't linear. Some days you will weigh more due to water retention, undigested food, any number of reasons. I weigh daily because when I was only weighing once a week I would get discouraged if I gained. Now I can see my day to day fluctuations and a gain doesn't bother me unless I keep gaining.0 -
Same thing happens to me. The scale probably isn't broken keep on pushing its probably water weight or you might have eaten something that made you bloated. This has caused me to give up many times. Ignore the scale jump back on in a few days.0
