Instead of focusing on 150 lbs. Make a list of goals and try to hit them. I want to lose 10 pounds, 25 pounds, 50 pounds, 75 pounds and 100 pounds. Once you lose 100 pounds I am sure you will have learned so much and 50 will seem so close to you. Don't be scared of the journey ahead, be excited you are starting now AND NOT LATER! You will motivate so many people along the way even if there are not many people to watch you do it now.7
