    if you use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze instead of milk it will lower the calories, it is only 40 calories a cup!

    Yes been there, done that! .... Try 2 Tums... ever since I had my Thyroid and Parathyroids removed I haven't craved chocolate because I have to take 2 Tums/ twice daily to keep my calcium in balance. I read up on Magnesium curbs the chocolate cravings. Good Luck! And don't worry it's only once a month!

    I love Chocolate milk.. i also like Hot CoCo in winter and if you use WATEr it is less calories!
