Hi all,

I'm rubbish at these forum things. I am really struggling with my binge eating at the moment (finally admitted it's not just lack of will power).
I know I need support from people who understand but I am rubbish at forums and chat rooms. Does anyone have WhatsApp and want to join me in small group to discuss successes/ failures when it comes to binge eating disorders.

Thanks!
Laura, 26, uk.

I am a binge eater. It wasn't until a couple of days ago I read an article on binge eating and thought, "Oh, that's me to a T." Today is the first day I am tracking my calories. I may not be eating the best right now but I am holding myself accountable to what I am eating. I will not beat myself up if I go over my calories, but I am going to do my darndest to not go over. Positive self talk has been successful on my journey in the past so I will use that.
