Do you find you weigh more when it's that time of the month?
I seem to be heavier so not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Yes, I can gain up to 5 pounds in water weight at that time of the month. It comes right off in a few days.0

Not sure if it makes too much of a difference, but I always figured I was heavier when I had my period0

I gain during ovulation and my cycle itself. During ovulation it's very minimal but by mid cycle I'm up 7 to 10 pounds and it's gone a few days after...I've stopped weighing during my cycle0

My last two periods i didnt weigh more .i stayed the same but was very bloated.
Then following week (near end of period) lost 3lb. So think its that water retention thing0 -
