Anything that's legal doesn't work...and the illegal ones can kill you.
Save your money.

I use an ephedrine caffeine stack but that's not a fat burner; it's more of an appetite suppressant. Anything else would be illegal.2

Agree with those above that say no to them.1

I use Garcinia Cambogia. It supports appetite control and promotes body fat reduction. It helped me to lose 23 pounds when combined with diet and exercise. I gained 10 pounds back recently (too much over indulging) so I have been taking it religiously every day before each meal for the last 2 weeks. I can definitely see a difference, but I won't be able to weigh myself for another 2-weeks (one of the rules associated with the whole30 diet).0

If you don't take them that's fine. We're all doing this our own way. I was asking the opinion of those who do. Not being rude but if you don't have anything to contribute to the question.....why comment1

Stating that you are better off not spending your money on an ineffective or dangerous product is a contribution.
It's like asking which Arizona beachfront property timeshare is the best value and then complaining when people point out that Arizona is not on the ocean.23 -

Actually, you'd have the same results with just the diet and exercise.14 -

Why are people being fussy? I asked a simple question. If you don't like fat burners that's ok. If I want to try wether they're natural or not then let me! If you don't have any suggestions on it please stop2

To save you some money - because anything calling itself a "fat burner" is a lie

None are proven...... as in no scientific studies.
Read the labels.....all the "claims for effectiveness" state the pills will work along with diet and exercise. This is how they cover their *kitten* because that's how people lose weight WITHOUT any pills.
So if you want to spend money because someone here lost weight while dieting (and taking a pill) and they give credit to the pill (instead of crediting their own hard work)......then go ahead.
Decades ago I took diet pills (by prescription)........they weren't called "fat burners" back then (clever advertising). They were speed I'm sure. I lost the weight, stopped taking pills and then regained it. There are no short cuts or none of us would need this site.11 -

1) it not up to contributors of the MFP forums to decide whether or not you can take them, that's your choice. People here are trying to save you time and money.
2)who said anything about them being natural or not? And what does that have to do with the fact that they are uselessIf you don't have any suggestions on it please stop

I tried a few, i wasted sooo much money on the next "magic fix", and i didn't lose an ounce!
My weight loss finally started when i joined MFP and started counting my calories.10 -
PS I was going to write a list of all the products i tried, but it would be far too long, and honestly I'd rather forget the time and money i wasted on them :-(11

Why would you want a fat burner supplement? The only thing required to lose weight is a calorie deficit.
Take your pick of fat burner supplements- any will work as long as you eat at a calorie deficit, but none will work if you don't eat at a calorie deficit.
They are a waste of money.5 -
No, I don't use a fat burner supplement I just eat smaller portions of food, and workout which has helped me lose weight.1
