Hello,
I am new to this app, 2 days old, and I am trying to get acquainted with all its many functions. So far I have been journaling all my meals yesterday and all meals today except dinner, which is going to be boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, salad and mixed veggies.
My health issues are I was born. Just kidding, lol. Sleep Apnea, meneires disease, hypothyroidism, prediabetes and possibly leaky gut syndrome. I have been through many blood panels and one major panel revealed I am Gluten Sensitive, so no more gluten products. Currently, off and on fatigue to the point of falling asleep has been my chief complaint. I am working with a group that deals with many issues including mine. The group is Corrective Chiropractic but they deal with more then just spine issues.
Please pray for me as I try to get my life back and I will pray for yours,
