Success....well almost - Something a little different

OK so most people will post a before and after pic.

I'm sort of doing that. Except since about September 2010 I have been keeping track of my weight everyday (roughly) to see what it looks like when it goes up and down etc due to my eating habbits. I plan on posting the traditional before and after pics once I get to my goal which is only 800grams away but I thought I would share this with everybody.

I moved out of home to another city and adjusting to life out of home was interesting and long story short I found myself eating out a lot more and not watching my diet as much as I should have been, so over about 12 months I went from my slim 85kg to 104kg when I stepped off a cruise ship at the end of January (Granted I didn't care what I ate on the cruise, cause who wants to be controlled like that on holidays).

I obviously lost a little bit of weight straight after because once I went from eating 10 times a day (literally) to 3 or 4 I dropped a bit of water weight. Once my birthday came around I started MFP and you will be able to see in the graph that my weight dropped to what is now only in the short space of about 3 months (training for a half marathon probably helped it drop faster too).

I used MFP to count my calories daily (I'm up to about 89 days straight) and on Sundays I cheated and ate whatever I wanted without feeling guilty. You will see on the graph where it rises slightly before dropping fairly consistently, that is because on the morning after a cheat I put on about 0.5kg of water weight, but you will see long term this method is extremely successful. I am proof.

This site has taught me that I can still have maccas, pizza, kfc all that stuff but I try and limit it to once or twice a week and generally I still lose weight or even just maintain, which is ok too.

Let me know what you think after you see the graph (I hope it works, it's my first time putting a picture on the forums).

I can't get the entire graph to show so it doesn't give the full picture...slightly annoying.
