Looking for people to help with my journey not break me down. I work out at home ,do a little bit of weight lifting and try and watch what I eat. Family and friends are not very motivational right now . I've lost 35 lbs in almost a year. Was weighing 200 lbs at 5'6 now weighing 165. I've recently added working out with weight any suggestions.

35 lbs!! Thats awsome! I got a fitbit and helped alot I started soing just 2000 STEPS a day n slowly worked up to 10000 that has help me hope it might help u good luck ur doing great!!0
