Way late in starting this, but I am jumping in!

Here are a couple of ideas. I have a spinach smoothie every single day for my lunch. The reason this helps is that it curbs any cravings that I might have. I get so many wonderful nutrients, minerals and vitamins in the spinach smoothie that my body doesn't have any cravings. Simple recipe: fresh spinach, banana, some type of berry (strawberry, or blueberry, etc...),and almond milk. Lately I have been adding in one scoop of a vanilla flavored protein powder which is available at any grocery store, although you don't need to do this as spinach has protein. And then the other thing that I keep on hand are flavored teas. I feel like a kid in a candy store b/c I have such a wide variety of teas to choose from. Hot tea is my evening snack. I do not eat anything after dinner. Make sure you are eating enough during the day that you don't need late night snacks.2

BTW, for anyone who's wondered: I always post my "LNS" intention the day of, before 7pm. So right now it's a little after 6pm on 3/21, and I've posted that I've "won" 21 days in a row (+32 consecutive days for previous months). Technically I probably shouldn't be posting that till tomorrow. However, when I post it ahead of time, I'm essentially making a promise to myself, in writing. And generally in my life, I do NOT break promises, even to myself (unless it's truly unavoidable)! So, using this method of posting my daily intention to eat nothing past 7pm, I've managed to string together an unbroken streak of 53 days. Never before done by me!2
