Need to get motivated again!

Omg, I'm dying here!! Can't stop looking at all skinny girls that walk past and comparing myself to them then feeling so guilty every time I eat CRAP, but I just can't stop! What the hell people? Why!? I only want to lose another one and a half stone.
I used to go jogging nearly every day and lost over a stone but 7 months ago I went through a hard break up with my now ex fiancé and have had to go into women's refuge with our 2yr old son, so I've gained like half a stone back on and haven't exercised at all for over half a year. Need to get motivated again and stop eating so much junk!

Firstly, I think you deserve to cut yourself a little slack. You are young and have had to deal with some ludicrously challenging life circumstances by the sounds of it. Even the strongest of us break from time to time. You're good.
Secondly, comparison is the thief of joy as the saying goes and it is a losing game. Forget others. It's being a better you than you were the day before. Get on it.
Thirdly, just find any half decent plan you think you can get on with, get started and tweak your approach as you go.
Fourthly, there is no fourthly. Good luck!2 -
Pretty much love you, based on your propensity for profanity alone. So remember this, babe... compare only leads to despair! Those skinny girls are probably also looking at you and wishing they had your style, or your boobs, or your booty, or your eyes! Try to reframe your thoughts in a more positive light. Instead of "She's so skinny, why can't I just lose more weight?" maybe be more kind to yourself and say, "I love her figure; I'm working hard to reach my own goals!" Be nice to yourself, appreciate the body that carries around your beautiful soul, and nourish it with proper food and movement. You'll get there! Sorry to hear about the breakup; I hope things start looking up for you & your son.0
