How would I log painting/staining barn, 4 hours. Standing on a ladder & up & down the ladder , 4hours. ?????? I can't find painting in the database.

  I'd log it as "heavy housework" maybe?? It's listed as "cleaning" I think... seems like a similar level of activity to vigorous house cleaning, anyway!
