Good evening guys
how do you add the fact your breast feeding to your information as this can burn up to 500 calories per day, always handy to add onto your daily allowance. Many thanks for your help

Why do I feel like I'm being drawn offsides?

you can use the "create an exercise" under option cardio (or any other category) for any activity you want to record into calorie burning. you can then assign the time, interval, calories burned that you feel is appropriate for this activity. once that is in your log it should be stored as part of "your exercises" for easy re-access.
I checked the mobile app and breast feeding wasn't listed under cardio. So a manual entry is probably your best bet.1 -
It's in the database as a cardio exercise. One of my friends adds it daily.2
